Human Trafficking:
April 17th, 2025 - Speaker: Minister Brenda Troy
Attendees will learn how traffickers exploit systemic vulnerabilities and what warning signs to watch for. The presentation will also highlight the role of community organizations, local leaders, and residents in prevention efforts, victim support, and advocacy. By fostering awareness and equipping our community with the right resources, we can create a safer environment for all who call Linden home.
Join us to gain insights from a local expert, hear impactful stories, and discover actionable steps to protect our community from this pressing issue. Together, we can build a stronger, more informed Linden where every individual can thrive.
The Linden community is a vibrant and resilient neighborhood, but like many urban areas, it faces challenges that demand our collective attention. This presentation will focus on the critical issue of human trafficking - a hidden crime that disproportionately affects vulnerable populations, including youth, marginalized groups, and those experiencing economic hardship.

Whether you’re new to civic engagement or looking to strengthen your impact, this session will empower you to be an active force in shaping Linden’s future.

A Blueprint for Inclusive and Transformational Leadership
