About Leadership Linden Academy

The Leadership Linden Academy (LLA) is a neighborhood-focused leadership enrichment program. It is designed to engage, educate, and inspire both current and emerging leaders throughout Columbus to take a more active, informed role in our community.

The Academy's Development Program is guided by the principles of Dr. Benjamin Elijah Mays, a giant in ministry and American education. He is remembered for his outstanding leadership and service as a teacher, preacher, mentor, scholar, author and activist in the civil rights movement.
